evcoms Awarded Partner Deal of the Year 2023

The winner of the Verint award for “Partner Deal of the Year 2023” is… yes, you’ve guessed it, its evcoms.

Mark Evans was in attendance at the Verint Partner Summit where he collected our award. He also presented discussing the evcoms approach to winning business and providing service to our customers.

We had a big year expanding the team, our portfolio and subsequently our client base. This is rewarding in itself but to be recognised by our partner is gratifying.

Thank you to the team at Verint the support, in particular to Steve Roberts, for all his help over the past 12 months.

We are going to need a bigger trophy cabinet!

The Tech Excellence Awards are Ireland’s badge of honour in the tech sector. They represent the most prestigious achievements, recognising the skills, innovation and determination of the technology business and its people.

The shortlist for the 2023 Tech Excellence Awards has been released and the awards will take place on 25 May at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire. The event will be hosted by RTE Radio’s Shay Byrne and is already on track to sell out.

CCMA Awards 2022

On Saturday night, everyone who is anyone in the Contact Centre world will don their glad rags and make their way to the CCMA Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards 2022.

Not only are they hosting this year’s event in person at the beautiful, and iconic Aviva Stadium, but as always, they will be streaming Live. The hashtag to follow is #ccmalive with the post appearing on events social media wall.

The CCMA awards celebrate the outstanding achievements by key members of this industry, while recognising the hard work and dedication by those who push the standards in customer service.

There are 17 categories, with evcoms presenting the award for ‘Team of the Year’. Mark Evans and Glen Thompson will be in attendance, so come say hello.

evcoms are delighted to win the Verint Rising Star Award at this year’s Partner Conference. This is the first event that we have attended in over three years. To begin with we were honoured for our achievements. Here at evcoms are seen as trusted advisor by both Verint and our customers.

The event was attended by evcoms and organisations from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The two-day event featured a combination of sessions focussing on strategies and updates regarding cloud offerings and solutions. Including – Workforce Engagement, Experience Management and Digital-First Engagement.
