He is a solution consulting professional with over 23 years of experience in system integrations and contact centre technologies. He has spent most of his career in technology, expanding his knowledge regarding sales, design, delivery and support life cycles.

His primary focus is understanding the customers’ needs and assisting them in achieving their goals through top-tier technology.
