Cormac Kavanagh is the Chief Technology Officer at evcoms. He has been a senior engineer for NICE NIM, NICE Engage, NICE NRX (Cybertech), Verint V5 – V15.2, Verint Quality Monitoring, Contact Store Communication Manager, the Avaya WFO suites and Liquid Voice.

He also has significant experience in Microsoft operating systems, SQL, IIS, and configuration within complex environments as well as various versions of Linux, and is seen as a specialist within complex SSL and encryption environments in large organisations.

Cormac has worked on solution design and performs Presales and technical support on a pre and post sales bases for all WFO solutions.

He has also worked on Aspect Avaya and Mitel ACD’s and PBX’s and has been in the telecom industry for over 27 years and has gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge. Customers specifically request Cormac for his detailed knowledge and experience in implementing of large complex environments. He has upskilled every year as technology never stops and he is always hungry for new knowledge and new solutions. He has supported and installed solutions for 10 users to 27,000 users.
