Mark is a proven business leader and specialist in providing all aspects of voice recording, unified communications, workforce optimisation, security intelligence and actionable intelligence applications and solutions for customers of all sizes. He is originally from a Networking and Data background but quickly moved into the communications industry at the same time as communications became part of the IT world.

Mark was part of the MBO of Calyx to Unity in 2010. He subsequently purchased the Voice division from Unity in 2015, thus creating Eyrco. He built a professional team at Eyrco and succeeded to make the company fully debt-free and profitable within only four months of the purchase.

Afterwards, Mark completed due diligence on SP Networks and purchased the business in 2017, growing the Eyrco team from 17 people to 38 people in just 2 years. In the same year, he created evcoms and continued to work on this new business after he sold Eyrco in 2018.

Since then, Mark has upskilled every year to keep pace with the rapid technological development and holds qualifications in Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft, Nice and Verint. As the CEO of evcoms, he grew the business significantly in 2020 through collaborations with several large financial and insurance customers from across the UK and Ireland.

Mark has over 23 years of experience in the communications industry working with call recording, analytics, biometrics, and different forms of multi-channel communications allows him to develop and deploy customised effective contact centre solutions.
