Our team, Hiba and Richard, had a fantastic evening at the UK Operational Excellence Awards!
Safe to say the journey home was a little heavier with all the trophies!
The event brought together some of the most innovative organisations, leaders, and teams dedicated to driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, customer experience, and business transformation across the UK.
Congratulations to all the finalists and winners. Being recognised amongst such a strong field of organisations makes these awards even more special and is a testament to the hard work, passion, and commitment of our team and customers.
While we're enjoying the moment, the real value of events like these comes from connecting with peers, sharing ideas, learning from one another, and continuing to raise the bar for operational excellence.
For now, we'll celebrate the hat-trick, but then it'll be back to doing what got us here in the first place.
