Emily Francis

Emily is our Operational Excellence Specialist here at evcoms. She is dedicated to ensuring our internal systems and processes provide our customers with the best support possible.

Emily has been in the IT & telecommunications industry for over a decade. She has extensive experience across sales, marketing and operations, including serving as a key stakeholder in strategy and digital transformation projects. She is Professional Scrum Master, ITIL and Digital Marketing certified as well as having completed numerous training courses for system administrators across various software platforms.

Utilising her keen problem solving skills, Emily is responsible for maintaining our ISO accreditations by identifying and implementing process improvements and increased efficiencies across the business.
