evcoms require a Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be based at our office in Baltinglass, Co Wicklow. The successful candidate will work with the Customer Success team to deliver service to our global enterprise customers mainly in financial services, insurance, and public sector.
Ideal candidate must have excellent English, both written and verbal as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel along with the ability to learn new applications.
- Service Delivery
- Answer Telephone and emails and communicate with customers
- Manage help desk system.
- Assist with Onboard customers.
- Manage tickets and engineering resources.
- Manage proactive customer contact.
- Attend/Arrange Customer Meetings (monthly, weekly etc.)
- Support
- Track and update support contract details.
- Manage Support Tickets so they hit SLA.
- Ensure customer documentation is captured and up to date
