Hikari, a specialist Microsoft Power Platform Partner with deep expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and low-code transformation, strengthens evcoms’ digital transformation and automation portfolio. The move combines evcoms’ robust communication platforms with Hikari’s capabilities in process automation, data visualisation, and custom application development – providing clients across Ireland, the UK, US, and Africa with a broader suite of digital solutions.
Mark Evans, CEO of evcoms and recently named Tech/Telecoms Entrepreneur of the Year 2025, said:
“This acquisition is a significant milestone for evcoms. The addition of Hikari’s proven Power Platform skills to our Contact Centre and UC portfolio allows us to deliver more value to customers seeking better visibility, automation, and insight. This move not only enhances our service offerings but also expands our global footprint. We’re excited to welcome the Hikari team and look forward to scaling together.”
The acquisition also signals targeted growth in AI-driven automation and analytics, strengthening evcoms’ position as a leading provider of integrated digital solutions for enterprise clients.
Denise Bray, Chief Commercial Officer of Hikari, said:
“This partnership is about scale, strength, and new opportunities. Together, we’re creating real growth – not just for our customers, but for our people. As part of this next chapter, we’re planning to expand our team to support continued demand – and we’re just getting started.”
Eamon Moore, Executive Chairman of Hikari, added:
“We’re incredibly proud of the journey so far, and this acquisition represents an exciting opportunity for our team, our customers and colleagues. By joining forces with evcoms, we are combining two complementary strengths to better serve clients and accelerate our global impact.”
Together, evcoms and Hikari will deliver a broader suite of services – from contact centre transformation and unified communications to process automation, custom application development, and data analytics. Driven by a shared focus on innovation and customer success, this acquisition marks a pivotal step in evcoms’ journey toward global leadership in communication and collaboration.
The combined company will continue to grow its team across 6 countries, with 20 new roles planned over the next two years in areas such as engineering, analytics, and customer success.
