She has over 10 years of experience in the industry and holds accreditations on Installation, Support and Presales of multiple solutions from industry-leading vendors like Verint, NICE, and Avaya. She directs the day-to-day operations at evcoms and improves operating procedures to increase profits and make the organisation more efficient.
