Ilham Haider is one of our WFO engineers here at evcoms. He has over 4 years experience in the telecommunications industry. he has worked with many different platforms like build, configuration, and maintenance on Verint V11.1, V15.1 and V15.2 platforms which includes Recording, Speech, WFM.
He has had experience includes different transcription models like Application HA configuration, Import Manager configuration, AQM Deployment and WFM Implementation. As well as experience in Virtualization with vSphere, VMware, and Virtual Centre server.
