Mark is an experienced professional with over 21 years experience of pre and post sales design and implementation in voice and data networks.
He has extensive technical skills on systems integration and networking, VMware, Cloud, UCaaS, CPaaS, VoIP, ICT, SIP, TDM, LAN/WAN and Voice Recording.
Mark has designed and implemented projects for public and private enterprise. migrating from TDM to VoIP and Hybrid cloud and pure Cloud solutions, working with various technology partners bringing them together to create a seamless working solution involving different core components.
Mark has been involved in the Alcatel-Lucent accreditation process within various companies and is an Alcatel-Lucent accredited systems expert currently certified to the latest Alcatel-Lucent certification standard. He is a specialist in Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise products.
He is committed to delivering value and quality to customers and partners in technology driven projects. He takes an innovative customer focused approach leveraging technical knowledge with customer communication and negotiation skills to every project.
