On Saturday night, everyone who is anyone in the Contact Centre world will don their glad rags and make their way to the CCMA Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards 2022.
Not only are they hosting this year’s event in person at the beautiful, and iconic Aviva Stadium, but as always, they will be streaming Live. The hashtag to follow is #ccmalive with the post appearing on events social media wall.
The CCMA awards celebrate the outstanding achievements by key members of this industry, while recognising the hard work and dedication by those who push the standards in customer service.
