We have had a few busy weeks here at evcoms. We have attended a number of partner events and had the opportunity to meet some partners and friends.
Last week BT hosted a CCMA breakfast briefing covering the customer experience as it relates to digital engagement and how contact centres are changing and evolving. It was a strategic look at the CC market and how new ways of working and technology impact customer experience. They had two speakers with different perspectives talk about what they are doing to keep agent morale up and customers happy during these very turbulent times.
The CCMA are hosting their annual Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards 2022 on Saturday November 26th. evcoms are a CCMA sponsor and will be in attendance. This is a gala black-tie event with over 500 industry executives in attendance, so we will be in good company and look forward to seeing some friendly faces.
